Semust Refund Policy

At Semust, we are committed to delivering the highest level of satisfaction with our services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which users of our SaaS platform may request a refund.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Refund Period: Users must submit a refund request within 3 (three) days of the original purchase date.

Usage Limit: Refunds are only available to users who have used less than 20% of the purchased credits. If more than 20% has been used, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

Refund Request Process

Submit a Request: To request a refund, users must contact Ramazan Umutlu at [email protected] within the 3-day window. The message should include purchase details and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.

Review Process: Once your request is received, our team will verify the unused credits and evaluate the reason provided. We may contact you for further clarification if needed.

Refund Processing: If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Exceptions and Limitations

Refunds will not be issued if more than 20% of the credits have been used.

The refund amount cannot exceed the original amount paid by the user.

Purchases made through third-party vendors or resellers are subject to the refund policies of that vendor and are not eligible for a refund directly from Semust.

Semust reserves the right to update or change this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels and will apply to all purchases made after the date of modification.
