Troubleshooting
Semust error messages you may see in Looker Studio, and how to fix them.

| The Semust API key is invalid or revoked | Create a new key in Semust and refresh the page in Looker; Looker asks for the new key. Details: Replacing a key. |
| This key has no access to the selected project | The key was created for another project. Create a new key from the right project's report, or use a key with This project only turned off. |
| A chart can use the fields of one report element only | Every field in the chart must come from the same element (same name prefix). Add a separate chart for the other element's fields. See Connecting reports. |
| This Semust report no longer exists | The report was deleted. Edit the data source and choose another report. |
| This Semust report has no elements Looker Studio can show | The report only has text and headings. Add a data element to it in Semust. |
| No grid tracker is selected for this element in the Semust report | Edit the element in Semust › Report Builder and pick a grid tracker. |
| The integration for this data source is not connected | Connect the account in Semust › Project Settings › Integrations. |
| This project's integration has disconnected | Reconnect the integration in the same place; the Google or Bing permission may have expired. |
| The selected campaign or grid tracker no longer exists | Edit the data source and choose a new campaign or grid tracker. |
| This key reached its per-minute request limit | Wait a few seconds and refresh the report. Splitting very busy dashboards across pages helps. |
| Your Semust subscription is not active | The Looker Studio connection requires an active Semust subscription. |
The connector shows these messages in Turkish.
A chart says "No data"
- No data in the selected date range. Search Console data arrives about 2 days late, Google Analytics and Google Ads data about 1 day late.
- The account has no campaign of that type. Google Ads Search Terms only come from Search campaigns and PMax Asset Performance only from Performance Max campaigns.
- The integration is not connected. Connect the account in Semust first for sources marked (bağlı değil) (not connected).
My report is not in the list
Only reports with at least one data element are listed. If you just created the report, close and reopen the data source window in Looker. Tüm raporlar (all reports) only appears when the project has more than one report.
The report was not pre-selected
Semust's Open in Looker Studio button pre-selects the project and report only once you have authorized the connector. The first time, enter your key and click the button once more.
The Integrations page does not say "connected"
The card updates when Looker pulls data, at most once an hour. Open your Looker dashboard and refresh the page after a few minutes. See Connection status.
The "Google hasn't verified this app" screen
Until the connector is listed in Google's connector gallery you may see this warning once. Continue with Advanced › Go to Semust. The connector only asks for permission to send requests to the Semust API.
My fields changed
When Semust adds fields, or you add elements to your report, your existing charts keep working. To see the new fields, open the data source and click Refresh fields.
